Any changes made to an order (by phone) after received at factory must be confirmed in writing or by fax. Standard Silk Screen Colors: Red, Black, Blue, Green and Yellow.

PRODUCTION TIME:
Normal production is 7 working days. All orders will be shipped sooner when schedule permits. We need an additional 1-2 days production time when ordering items with 2nd side, additional location and/or additional colors of imprint. Production time does not include the day the order is received by factory or holidays and weekends.

CANCELLATION CHARGE:
Orders cancelled during production will be billed for the work completed at time of cancellation.

RUSH SERVICE:
Orders requiring less than normal production time must be clearly designated and AIR SHIPMENT must be authorized. Orders needing 4 working days or less MUST HAVE FACTORY AUTHORIZATION before being accepted and a rush charge will apply.

COLOR CHANGE CHARGE:
Add $12.00(X) per imprint color charge/per order. This charge occurs when imprint colors change on the same product i.e.; white hats 1/2 with red imprint - 1/2 with black imprint.

SET UP CHARGE:
Set up charges will apply to all orders. This charge is listed with the product price.

CLAIMS:
All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days from receipt of order. Factory authorization must accompany return or item will be refused.

ARTWORK CHARGES:
No charge for curved copy. Art charges will be assessed according to time & difficulty at $40.00(X) per hour. Assessments available in 15 minute increments, i.e.; 15 minutes of artwork = $10.00(X). There is no charge if supplied art is camera ready. NOTE: Our delivery schedule may depend on the quality of the artwork submitted. We reduce/enlarge your artwork at no charge to maximize the imprint area.

METHOD OF SHIPPING:
Please specify deadline use date and appropriate method of shipping to meet your deadline... if method of shipping is not specified, we reserve the right to ship overnight ait to meet your deadline at customers expense.

PROOFS:
Paper proofs available at $4.00(x) each. Please include fax number. Product proofs are $35.00(X) plus applicable set up charges. PRODUCTION TIME FOR PRODUCING ORDER WILL START AFTER APPROVAL OF PROOF.

DISTRIBUTOR HOUSE ORDER:
Imprint must be same company name as purchase order. End Quantity price applies.

OVER OR UNDER RUNS:
Permissible 5-7% and billed accordingly.

CUSTOM IMPRINTING:

LESS THAN MINIMUM:
Add $25.00(X) for orders under minimum quantity in price schedules. Subject to factory approval.

SHIPPING:
All orders F.O.B. factory in Nevada. $3.00 handling charge per order, plus shipping charge and C.O.D. must be marked on order. Multiple destinations? Add $6.00 per destination.

MULTI-COLOR IMPRINTING:
Varies on each item, charges are marked on individual prices. Registration within 1/32" is factory acceptible.

IN BETWEEN QUANTITIES:
Will be involved at the lower quantity price.

TERMS:
First time customers please send prepay with order. Payment terms available upon approval of credit references. We accept Mastercard & Visa. 1.5% monthly service charge on past due accounts.

RETURN CHECK POLICY:
$30.00 service charge. Terms may change to "Prepay with cashiers check or money order."
